> 3 dayHi everyone! Sean here with another review for you. Todays item is the VOLTME Revo 30W GaN power brick. First off, you might be wondering what GaN means. It is the chemical abbreviation for Gallium Nitride, which is used in the composition of the semiconductors in high-quality chargers. It is used because it improves the conduction of electricity, meaning that they can charger faster and more efficiently than other chargers. Back to the VOLTME. For my test, I connected the power brick to a magsafe wireless charger, which was then hooked up to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Here is the low-down of my observations: [THE GOOD] - SIZE: It is smaller than many other GaN chargers for its class - PERFORMANCE: Works as intended, and at a rate that is noticeably faster than with a non-GaN power brick - SAFETY: This product, even at a sustained charge for 30 minutes, did not feel warm or hot to the touch - AESTHETICS: It looks reminiscent of an Apple iPhone charging brick, but slightly larger and with stylized imprints on the sides that also act as grips when pulling or inserting the brick to an electrical socket. [THE BAD] - PRICING: GaN power bricks are generally more expensive, and this product follows that trend. Its price point is comparable to competitors in the space, however. [THE UGLY] - STRENGTH: This is only a 30W GaN. There are 60W GaNs that are only slightly more expensive, making it a more sensible choice if you have devices that can take in the higher output. And if price isnt an issue, there are GaN power bricks that are at 150W (and potentially greater). Bottom line: This is a great power brick, with a compact and solid design. It works well for what it is, and is priced at a competitive level. This is definitely a must-have for the professional on the go, because it can fit into any bag and then be used to quickly recharge a device in a pinch.

> 3 dayThe charger is fast until it gets to 80% then slows down and it gets hot. My oem charger stays cool and charges super fast. The seller refunded purchase price. Thanks very much. I am satisfied.

Greater than one weekVolume 33w charger This little charger is significantly smaller than even Apple’s own OEM 20w charger. In fact, it’s more powerful and yet much smaller. ALL OF THE PROTOCOLS are supported that is listed on this charger. (See test images) Comes in assorted colors too and for the price, it’s much better deal than the OEM apple 20w charger. Rest assured you are getting a genuine 33watt charger. Not a fake one like so many listed on Amazon. For the price and performance after testing, this is a solid 5-star charger. The only thing I’d like to see it support is a foldable outlet prong. Otherwise, it’s still amazing they can fit so much power in a small little package like this. After conducting some charging tests on many devices (iPads, iPhones, etc), the GaN charger does not get HOT at all. Luke warm to warm at touch but nothing to note. A well made product!

> 3 dayThis is a very compact charger. Surprisingly how dense and somewhat heavy it is. Very well built. It charges my 2nd Generation iPad Pro 11” from 0 to 100% in about 3.5 hours. Would have been super portable if the prongs folded. Highly recommended!

Greater than one weekLove this charger. Perfect size and output. It’s small and compact and fits perfectly in the spot I needed it for. It’s powering my HomePod mini and it exactly what I needed. I’ve also used it while traveling to charge my Apple Watch and iPhone. Worked great! I would definitely recommend.

Greater than one weekThe adapter is small, but with considerable heft, which Im attributing to its robust internals. There is no indicator light on the unit, which I prefer, my device will tell me if its charging so I dont need the plug to shine some bright LED to inform me of what I already know. Keep dark rooms dark. For charging capability, I dont have the ability to put any voltage/amperage assessment to it, but I can confidently state that devices Ive used it with charge ~25% quicker than many of my other newer adapters, and more than twice as fast as older (>1yr) adapters. This is a huge improvement that allows me to top up a device much quicker than other options. Very pleased.
