> 24 hourThis remote would randomly disconnect from my computer in the middle of a game and I would have to unplug it and plug it back in. That just doesn’t work for me unless the purpose of the game is to die. Returned.

> 24 hourEdited: Great Customer service. They reached out to me to resolve the issue when they realized I was unsatisfied. I want to be clear that the controller functions well, everything feels of quality. I would only recommend that the 8 directional axis be upgraded to a full 360 spectrum. If you only need 8 directions for older games or emulators then this controller is for you.
