I have been drinking this for several years to give me a mental and physical boost. The Watermelon tastes great and because I only drink a little at a time, it lasts a pretty long while.

It was the same as a 5 hr energy or Red Bull. After hearing so much about this drink I was expecting a little more from this drink. Perhaps others may get better benefits.
