> 24 hourI had some issues connecting the monitor cable into the “40PLVDS Interface.” Trying to push the flexible cable into the interface port just was not working because of the extremely tight fit. I emailed the vendor about the problem, but he was no help, just reiterating what was said in the product description. Finally I used a needle-nose pliers to grip the cable all along the edge of the cable and was able to force the cable into the port. Friction seems to be holding the cable in the interface port. It powered up after that, so it must be inserted sufficiently. Additionally, the board that comes with the video display has a port on the left side of the board: “5Vdc 1A Output (Fit to Power Raspberry Pi).” A cable is provided that connects to the Output port and has a Micro–USB connector at the opposite end. I sent a question to the vendor about which Raspberry Pi board or boards had the necessary connection port because the Raspberry Pi 4B I was using did not, no Micro USB port for power. No real help. My question: On the board is a 5vdc 1a output (fit to power raspberry pi) port, usb power cable. To what raspberry pi board or boards can this cable connect? His answer: The 5Vdc output can [be] used for raspberry Pi power supply. I knew that from the product description, so his answer was useless. I added the bracketed word {be} to make the meaning of his answer clearer. From looking at the connector on the end of the cable and pictures of the various Raspberry Pi boards it looks like the Raspberry Pi Zero has the necessary port, also the 3B may. But with the price of Pi boardss at an all time high due to the various chip shortages, I needed to fine a cheaper solution. So I looked around for an adaptor and found “USB Type C Adapter (4-Pack), JXMOX Micro USB Female to USB C Male” on Amazon, 4 adaptors for $6.99. They were delivered today, plugged one onto the USB power cable and into the USB-C power port on the Raspberry Pi 4B and everything powered up. It would have nice if the vendor had provided this adaptor. I had powered the video display and my Raspberry Pi 4B by connecting a separate power supply to the USB-C port on the Pi, but having the adaptor now makes it easier and less cumbersome. The video display seems to work fine at this point. I have only used it while powering it up so I don’t know how it will response in a variety of settings. I’m planning to use the video display in some sort of camera setup.

> 24 hourThis monitor looks good and worked pretty well, but the aspect ratio is not right for a FullDMD on a Virtual Pinball setup. After a while I did start having issues with it losing signal that seemed to be related to the usb connection.

> 24 hourThe picture quality is amazing on the raspberry pi viewing angles are perfect differently an ips display well worth the money making a raspberry pi table top arcade with this fits perfect and the sound is pretty good. Only bad thing is the led light washes out around the screen making a square. But not noticable while playing.

> 24 hourGreat product! I was a little hesitant at first when I read the other reviews. Some talked about some kind of led light washes out around the screen, some called it cheap, but Im extremely happy. I didnt find anything like that! Moreover, this is probably the most contrasting and color-saturated monitor of this size that I have come across lately. The colors are bright and saturated, there are no waves, all shades are transmitted softly and beautifully. The viewing angles are very good, the picture hardly changes at all. I didnt find any noise either, although I deliberately tried to change the brightness and contrast of the image to make sure of this. God, all blacks colors are almost PERFECT black! This is amazing! I think that in terms of the atmosphere of the overall picture, it almost reaches the royal AMOLED, and is only slightly inferior to it! The only drawback, perhaps, is the lack of any fastening for the bolts (which is actually not a disadvantage, because the product description does not include fasteners). For my project, such mounts would be desirable, but initially I had already foreseen this and ordered this screen. And one more thing, the screen plume it should be put on the other side to the connector, and I did not immediately understand that it needed to be turned over. be careful with this. In general, I am happy with everyone and I advise everyone.

> 24 hourThe display on this LCD is excellent, and it worked out-of-box with my HDMI source. That being said, the backlight is very uneven, with a halo around the outside edges. But overall its a decent value.
