> 24 hourI installed this wrap on the taillights of my Subaru Outback wagon, and overall Im pleased with the product and the result. The vinyl itself is thinner than other wraps Ive used on other vehicle lights, but that made it slightly easier to handle. The backing plastic was a little tricky to deal with and almost ruined a piece that I was using by rolling back up on the adhesive side, but thankfully I had sprayed it down with water so it just pulled apart. This only included the rolls of vinyl, so youll still need a squeegee, a spray bottle, a microfiber towel or two, a heat gun/hair dryer, and a razor to trim the edges once finished. One big caveat that I have to include here: you MUST be a patient person to install this correctly. As you can see with the pictures Im including, the install was not perfect, far from it, but I stayed about as patient as possible on this attempt. There are some creases that I can hopefully improve with a little time and heat, But ultimately you cant tell the quality of the install when Im moving on the road, which is all I care about.

> 24 hourI have used Vvivids viny before with excellent results. I ordered this expecting the same ease of use. My taillights are large and curved, so I knew it would be a challenge from the beginning. First off, the tint film feels stiffer than their vinyl products I have worked with before. With heat, it does stretch, and can be formed, but doesnt feel as pliable. Second, the adhesive seems to stick immediately upon application. The other vinyl I have used has a good tack, but is easily pulled up for adjustment and stretching. This stuff sticks instantly, making it much more difficult to work air bubbles and such out. The only way I found to actually work it was to spray the film and surface like you would with window tint. Third, the air bubbles were a problem. The previous Vvivid products I used were very easy to eliminate air pockets. This tint did not seem to have the same properties, and being transparent, the air pockets were extremely visible. After working on the first taillight for over an hour with very unsatisfying results, the film tore. Not having enough material to do both lights, I opted to use spray tint for the time being (although those results were also less than desired). I would still highly recommend Vvivids other vinyl products, I cannot say I would use this particular film again.

> 24 hourIve used several products over the years with success time and time again, This is the absolute worse stuff I have ever worked with. You can work with it with some heat, but be prepared that the second the sun sets on it and starts to heat it up, even the slightest stretches are ruined. You like bubbles? First time Ive ever had a product bubble after install, weeks after install and new bubbles are still appearing. I honestly would not recommend this product to anyone, I regret even giving this stuff a try as I now have 2 cars with I have to redo. I thought the reviews else where and here were good enough to give it a try, and I really should have known better and I blame myself for even using this product.

> 24 hourHaving wrapped a fair amount I would give this a 7 out of 10. It is a slightly thicker material. That is good and bad. It makes installation a little trickier, as you need to put more heat into it to mold it to a light. I would recommend removing a light to wrap it with this product. Make sure you tuck it around the back edge of the light.

> 24 hourA good product just kinda cheap. The material is definitely hard to work with with two people its a manageable the heat gun is your best friend but also your enemy lol I was doing it on a 2011 hyundai genesis so the shape of the tails are a bit hard to work with . First tailight came out great second one was all messed up going to give it another go soon . I recommend buying two boxes

> 24 hourLays down nicely and can reapply if you dont get it perfect the first try. I applied dry without soap solution and the channels make for easy air removal. Heat gun retracts film if wrinkled. No issues so far after 1 month after install. My only critique is I wish it was just a tiny bit darker.

> 24 hourDont usually write reviews, but was super impressed with this product. Purchased it as a “trial” with acceptance may just end up in the dumpsters all clumped up, like many rolls of window film as i learned to wet tint. Do not try to install this if you don’t have a heat gun or blow dryer. The video provided is obviously a professional and he made it look easy... that being said with patience and the correct targeting of the heat gun this film was awesome!!!! Once i did first headlamp, second one was cake! Use tape to mask paint because this film will stick and make it harder to pull it tight and crease free. If you have basic capability and attention to detail this will be easy install! Highly recommend and will buy more.
