Nintendo likes making them and making the money on them - but this one only works on one game and its a lame power-up. Its basically a cheat code you paid money for that is restricted on how often you can use it.

This item was a steal for $12.00, although that may be my bias towards the Kirby franchise kicking in. The figure looks adorable, and works as it was advertised. An all around great addition to my Amiibo collection.

I purchased this as a gift for my 7 year old grandson. He loves it. Players with it all the time.

Hard to believe that Nintendo has made a lot of wonderful games over the years. But you can look at some franchises, an theyve been more niche with time like Metroid which had a strongback after being M.I.A. for awhile with mixed games like Metroid Samus Returns, and came back with 2021s Metroid Dread for the Switch. That is also said with the Kirby franchise. While there have been mixed Kirby games over the years, Kirby & The Forgotten Land is absolute gem to play. The game is a lot of fun, and the best game in the franchise. The Waddle Dee amiibo handles well, and gives you extra boost for heath and speed, which handles well, especially when beating bosses like Clawroline and Leongar. It is a nice addition to your Switch library and works well in other games like Super Smash Brothers: Ultimate. I do wish though you could use it more than once in a level in Kirby & The Forgotten Land, but it is a delightful addition your collection. Price: B- Convenience & Setup: B 1/2- Overall: B-
