Saw these on a video and decided to try them. Great connectors and seem to hold well. I believe these would be much safer to use then basic twist on wire connectors. It appears to cover the wires perfectly (if cut properly) so maybe less chance of arcing and they take up less space as well.

These wago lever nuts really make the DIY job so easy to complete! Definitely recommend this product!

Easy to use and takes less space when installed

The best way to install these is to use the wire strip length diagram on the back of the unit and then cut and strip your wires to the same length. After lifting up the levers above each hole you are going to insert a wire in, shove the wire all the way in until you can see it touching the back and fold down the lever all the way down tightly. Pull the wire to make sure that it is secure. On stranded wire, try to avoid twisting the wire before shoving it in the hole to the rear. These are designed to be used on wire between 24AWG-12AWG but 12AWG and 14AWG work best. Only insert one wire at a time and lock it down with the lever before going to the next wire. Make sure to pull it to insure that you have it all of the way back and locked down tightly. The 221 series is smaller than the 222 series but, both are limited to the same size wire. I recommend these over wire nuts for tying solid copper wire to stranded copper wire 100%.

Ive been doing electrical work for over 20 years. WAGOs have become an indispensable part of my kit. These are convenient, easy to use and hold wires tightly. They are especially handy for temporary installs/connections as they dont damage or twist wires yet hold them tightly until released by lever. Great product.

These are Awesome. Wire nuts are fine for solid to solid, or strand to strand. These work for all. A true time and frustration saver.

As a first time user, I was a bit concerned about how they would handle a normal power load. I have used them twice, both times for lighting fixtures. It has been a month and there appears to be no problem. Just for related info, I wired my home with 12/3 Romex and these connectors work fine.

Used these on a retro fit wiring job of ceiling Make connecting short house wires a breeze ! Only have one complaint, no 4 wire connectors ! Why, apparently this company doesn’t offer this options.

Very easy to use. Seems much better than having to twist wires together in cap thing.
