> 3 dayI bought several kits of this for my outdoor shed. This storage system is very easy to install. It feels very sturdy and looks like it will last. The reason I’m knocking off a star is because their customer service is non existent. One piece arrived pretty banged up and I was looking for a replacement; they never got back to me after a couple attempts (I waited weeks). I still buy again because the product is incredibly useful, but it’s a shame they don’t stand behind it.

Greater than one weekLike how you have the option to hang quite a bit, the bad thing is there isn’t enough room too. I’m order to utilize all the attachments the bar needs to be longer. Otherwise it’s too small, as the items hanging aren’t only 1/4inch in width sometimes.

> 3 dayKind of hard for me 72 year old female with back problems. Have been able to find kids to help. Ordered 3 sets of wall hangers. Didn’t come all together. The first one had funky hooks which made planning hard. After the other 2 sets came things have moved faster. The funky hooks not that desirable but the hooks that are straight out work the best

Greater than one weekVery easy to install. It does a very good job of organizing tools. Like the individual wall mounts. It allowed me to put hooks at different locations in my garage. I had a problem with understanding some instructions in manual. Sent an email for clarification and received a message quickly. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

> 3 dayThis Wallmaster rack has A LOT of hooks compared to rival brands and the added shelf adds even more vertical storage space. This rack is really easy to set up. If you have used any of the other Wallmaster garage racks, its going to be identical in terms of installation. There are total of 16 screws and 16 spacers but 28 pre-drilled holes per bar segment (my math could be wrong on this). Either way, there are not enough screws per bar. This is different than some of Wallmaster’s smaller kits, which have one screw per hole. The instructions don’t address this with a recommended pattern, so it’s kind of on you to figure out where to put them. If you plan not to use drywall spacers and drill this into a stud, your only option is to hope your studs are exactly spaced in the roughly 4-inch increments in order to drill each screw into a stud. More premium brands offer various lengths of their base racks with pre-drilled holes approx. every ¼ to ½ inch which really gives you the freedom to drill everything into a stud for the extra security. Wallmaster claims around 420lbs limit, which seems realistic if you drill this into studs. But I would not exceed more than 200 lbs of gross weight using just dry wall spacers. Overall, I plan to use Wallmaster racks to organize smaller items like extension cords, kid’s scooter/bikes, and smaller power tools. But Ill continue to rely on my Rubbermaid FastTrack for heavier items (due to how easy it is to drill into studs) like power washers or ladders. If you don’t have excessively large/heavy items, I strongly recommend Wallmaster for its price point and utility.
