Exactly what I needed.

I used it to carry my wedding dress on our flight to Europa for our destination wedding. I didnt checked in but had it as carry-on and my dress arrived totally wrinkle free!

I ordered this item because it has a secure latch that closes the bag off from those pesky moths. I have a short one and a long one and keep all of our good wool coats, jackets in it.

Bag can hold multiple garments and is long enough for floor-length dresses. I just wish it had a carry strap in the middle. Lugging it around by the end handles through the airport was very difficult.

I bought this bag specifically for its length to fit my dresses; the hanger latch so items dont disappear into the bag and crumple up; and for the handles with velcro fastener. This bag has worked so far, but I only took it out one time. I would say this item is perfect but the bag is not actually 60 long in the interior space. I measured my dress before buying this and thought it odd that I had to fold it a bit since my measurement included the hanger to the bottom hemline with slight clearance underneath. Upon measuring the bag parallel to the zipper I found that even if you stretched the top and bottom edges it was a few inches shy of 60 inches in length. I assumed that the length was the bag and not including the handles as appears to be standard for other bags, but this 60 might be including the handles. The depth (3) and width (22) measurements on the other hand are accurate. My other issue is that the bump that the metal latch is secured on when closed is really small and smooth. I hasnt happened to me yet, but I imagine that this latch could easily slip over this bump especially if you were carrying the max 6 garments and as the product ages with use and time. I have only tested it with three metal+plastic swivel hangers; these hangers within the bag held a thick maxi dress, a layered maxi skirt, and a fully boned corset within carrying bag on pants clips. The bag zipper and hanger latch was not difficult to close, and I feel comfortable adding one more lightweight item and hanger to the bag, but nothing more, or else the latch might not hold and the total article thickness might bulge too much. The handles with velcro fastener are really awesome because most of the time you end up holding it like this as its moved from place to place. The velcro fastens well.

I had a destination wedding and needed something to hold my dress while we traveled. All of the bags that I was looking at seemed to be made with fabric that could easily rip, snag, and allow liquids to soak right through - definitely not what you want when traveling with such precious cargo. However, this garment bag is vastly different from all the rest. Here are my pros and cons about the bag: PROS - very durable and thick material - spill-proof/water resistant - clamp at the top makes it easy to insert hangers while also keeping them in place - heavy-duty handles on both ends to allow for easy folding/transport - fits multiple clothing items in the bag at one time (my wedding dress, my husbands tux, my shoe box) - based on the other bag options that I have seen, this bag is exceptionally priced, especially for the quality that you get CONS - while the clamp for the hangers is extremely useful and a million times better than the standard hanger hole you see in garment bags, it still does allow for movement of the hangers which can be a slight inconvenience at times - I wish they had a slightly longer bag because 60 was not enough length to fit my dress in without having to bunch up the train and get it all wrinkled
