> 3 dayI love this little guy and I go for weeks with not being able to sleep without it. Great for stomach aches, cramps, or just having a hard time sleeping! He smelled so great when I first got him, but after a few microwave sessions, he starts to smell a little burnt. I think this can be avoided by not putting him in for too long, but I would take it staying warmer longer with a little bit of a smell over it just being a little warm.

> 3 dayMy daughter has anxiety - it gives her tummy aches. This helps her sleep and also eases period cramps. The lavender is just the right amount and mellows out after a few uses. Just be careful not to heat it too much at one time or you will Scorch the interior materials. We did that with our first elephant and had to replace it. We find that one minute in the microwave then shaking it up and putting it back for 30 seconds works perfectly!
