> 24 hourSo I was extremely disappointed when I first bought this, thinking it didn’t work. Turns out my oil wasn’t warm/hot enough! That being said best to use right after your done cooking or heat up oil before using, then wait and See the magic!

> 24 hourThis stuff is so cool! I will admit I was influenced online to buy this Japanese cooking product. I don’t know if this is the exact brand I saw online but I did go to Amazon to buy it because it looked cool AND solved an annoying problem. I use some oil in a pan to cook orange chicken at home and my least favorite part is waiting for the oil to cool and then finding a way to dispose of it. Are used to keep empty bottles around that I could pour the cool down oil into to dispose of properly, but not any more! This stuff turned your hot oil into a jelly very similar to Jell-O is the best way I can describe it. You have to put the powder in when it is hot, as many other reviews mention and which I adhere to. Warning on this product. The instructions are in Japanese so it’s not gonna help you unless you can read Japanese so I just looked at the reviews. The pictures on the product are pretty self-explanatory but it’s imperative that you sprinkle the powder in and mix when the oil is hot! When I was cooking my dish, I was super hungry, so I didn’t actually pour the powder in right when I was done cooking. I let the oil cool before I remembered that I need to do that. So all I did was reheat the oil up to a hot temperature, and then I poured the powder in, mixed it a bit, and as the cooking oil cool down the oil, turn to jelly inside. I also think this would make for a really cool science experiment of you a kids. My mum is a fourth grade teacher and she said that she’s going to use this at her house, record it, and then show it to the class because they’re gonna think it’s really cool science experiment!

> 24 hourI fried 6 half pieces of bacon, minimal amount of grease. Used my last bag for this, thought one bag would be sufficient. Nope it wasn’t, did nothing.
