It serves its purpose in protecting n minimizing my luggage from wear and tear.

I was under the impression that this was an actual suitcase and not just a suitcase cover. This didnt benefit me at all.

The zipper on the large case failed the first time it was used on a trip. Practically any handling at all would case the zipper to pop out and everything to spill out. The case was packed at less than 80% of the airline weight limit so it was not over packed for its size.

This is probably the best non-specific brand cover out there. We have a few Samsonite suitcases and even the covers tailored and created from them (Samsonite) did not fit our suitcases properly and were just awful. These ones by HoJax were almost perfect. My only complaint is that this specific size (29-32) was a tiny bit larger than expected, but then again, it will probably fit almost 90% of the suitcase on the market in the stated size range. The smaller cover in the other hand, was perfect 10/10.

I purchased this cover for my 3wk trip to Turkey & Greece; its a challenge to cover click & zip it; it has a hole & the stitching is coming loose. I planned on returning it but the window closed while I was still on my trip! Dont buy it!
