My dog has very sensitive, itchy skin. I did not expect this shampoo to get rid of her itch as she needs prescription shampoo for that. I just wanted it to clean her in between use of the prescription shampoo without irritating her skin more, and I wanted it to remove her stink. As expected, it did not reduce her itching. It did clean her without irritating her skin, but it did not remove her stink as well as a couple of other sensitive skin shampoos that I usually use. The sent was a very mild vanilla-like smell. I also thought it was kind of expensive for a shampoo that doesn’t actually have any medication in it. That said, the list of ingredients seem like good, natural ingredients, so they probably are more expensive than your run of the mill shampoo ingredients.

This shampoo smells and feels just like the special shampoo our dogs vet gave us. We just tried it yesterday, and our dog, who always has skin problems, is happy with the results. I recommend this product.

I recently tried the Wawash Shampoo on my furry friend, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. My dog has always been prone to itchy and dry skin, but this shampoo worked wonders in providing relief. my dogs coat was left feeling soft and shiny, it also has a pleasant scent. overall, I highly recommend it !!

I needed shampoo to give my kitten a bath after a round of anti-parasitic meditation. Part of the protocol is to give the kitten a bath at the end just in case anything is clinging to his coat so he doesnt get reinfected. Any grooming products I get for my cats, I try out on myself first. So with this shampoo, I washed my hands with it to see if it would dry out my hands and it did not. The consistency is like soft soap hand soap, kind of thick and viscous. When it came time to wash my kitten, I diluted it with water and put it in a squeeze bottle. This made it much easier to use on him. His fur was nice and soft when he dried later. I think this is a good basic gentle shampoo and Id use it again.

This dog shampoo has a nice coconut smell. It has a slickness after use where you cannot tell if you have gotten all the soap off your hands, but I assume that this is what protects the skin and fur from dryness. Right now, the dog doesnt have fleas since it is winter, so I cant really speak to how well it deals with dry, itchy skin, but I know that oatmeal is commonly used in dog shampoos to relieve dry, itchy skin. I will post an update if (when) he gets a flea problem. One thing that I noticed is that this shampoo is very thick and you dont need much to wash the dog. It doesnt lather too much, but it still cleans nicely. Given that shampoos of this type run around $15, I would say that this shampoo is more economical, since it is pretty concentrated.

I have a 60 pound Goldendoodle that has dry itchy skin so I wanted to give this a go and it does help her issue. She doesnt itch near as much and she feels so much softer. We really like how she smells after her bath as well and she has a good scent for a couple of days after we use it on her. It lathers her up very well and is easy to wash out. It doesnt seem to bother her eyes either if I get some suds in her eyes. We have used it quite a few times and you dont have to use a ton so it seems to go a long way. The shampoo is fairly thick and very moisturizing and seems to be soothing so we take that as a win. Thus is a big yes for us!

I have a little dog named Stinky, he has always smelled super gross. He has a few issues including a skin problem were his skin builds up and smells awful. I give him soothing baths every few weeks to help with his skin, it gets itchy for him too. This dog shampoo did a good job of getting my Stinky clean but not over drying or irritating his already sensitive skin. He has gotten dry flaky skin from other shampoos. This sham poo made him soft and shiny. It also smelled decent. He is still smelly, always will be, but less smelly after a bath with this shampoo. I would buy this one again
