Lots of extra space on this one....great gift for my gamer

What can I say? The drive plugs into a USB port on the PS4, you start it up, and it automatically recognizes the drive. Answer a question or two, and youre up and running. The drive has a small footprint, so it doesnt get in the way. The only downside I can think of is that I was using the rear USB port to power the controller charging dock I have, and now I have to use one of the front ports for that purpose since theres only one rear USB port. Not that big of a deal, but its a tad less clean looking I suppose.

Using for extra storage for my Xbox One X. Works perfect and have had no issues.

I bought a 2TB device for my 500GB PS4. I installed a few games on it and I can say I was very happy playing a few games I haven’t played in a while. It wasn’t until I played Code Vein off of it I noticed audio would skip at the beginning of almost every sentence spoken by a NPC and partner. These audio issues were not present when installed on the PS4 itself. I couldn’t find any information regarding this issue online. So I don’t know if it was a faulty external drive, or Code Vein just doesn’t run right off of it. Don’t want to find other games having issues, so refunded.

My son had been searching for this so I got it for him for Christmas. It has worked great! Great price...great item! Recommend to all.....
