Greater than one weekEasy to install and drive is exceedingly fast. No hard drive motor sound and heat. Pretty much a plug in play install with Windows 10. I have always been satisfied with WD Products. Next buy will be a 2 tb drive.

> 3 dayIt is as advertised. 1 Tb and easy to install. I cloned an 80 Gb SSD to this and it finally went well. Win 10, 3 partitions. A system, main (C), and a recovery partition. I cloned it and had 900 Gbs unallocated space. I had to delete the recovery (3rd) partition in order to expand the C drive into the unallocated space., otherwise, it would not boot. After deleting P3, I easily expanded C drive and saved room unallocated for the Recovery Partition which Ill try to clone into the unallocated space. As it is now, it boots and runs perfect.

Greater than one weekthis product seemed solid but after less than 12 months, this drive would no longer show up in my drive list. Yes - Ive tried to restart my computer where all other drives show up just fine. The only difference between this drive and the other is the brand and the fact it is a SATA drive. I expected solid performance from this drive. Luckily I had all data on a backup drive system as of a week ago.
