Excellent product! Fast ship time! Great price! Its wonderful to get a product that really does everything it claims. The tool is sturdy and weighty enough to punch through various mediums. A wonderful addition to not only scrapbooking but other crafting areas as well. Highly recommended.

Its very difficult to line up the eyelet so it hits the bottom/base square piece perfectly centered. If it doesnt, the eyelet is usually deformed when setting, but, worse yet, it damages the soft, poor-quality plastic that surrounds the metal center, leaving pits which the eyelets then catch on and become stuck to. This happened during the first project which required 24 3/16 eyelets and suffered several off-center misses. Now, any eyelet not perfectly centered when hitting the base results in the eyelet stuck to the base. In addition, the smaller sized hole punch does not line up by quite a margin, impossible to use that punch. I gave the whole thing up in total frustration. This pitting problem couldve have been completely avoided by making the base/bottom square all hardened metal rather than plastic, OR, at the very least, using a HARD plastic that doesnt damage/pit so easily. My husband is a Machinist, has been for 45 yrs, very familiar with metals and plastics, and said the plastic is total China crap and shouldve never been used in an application such as this. So, basically, if youre planning to use this tool alot, you better have perfect aim EVERY TIME, with a perfectly seated eyelet that will hit the bottom base ON CENTER EVERY TIME or youll end up with an expensive, useless tool. I was SO excited to get this tool but ended up SO disappointed that a great idea for a very useful gadget was ruined by using poor quality materials! I will request a return and refund from the seller after only one use.

While I did not buy my Crop-A-Dile Big Bite II from Amazon, I recently purchased one (mine was a bulk deal where I also got the case for it as well as 460 eyelets. I love it! It does everything that it was designed to do. If you are getting scratched eyelets and embellishments, it is likely user error. There is a guide that comes in the instructions that tells you what I am about to say. This is the best built tool that I have seen in a very long time. Definitely built to last, as just about all WRMK products. Excellent tool at a fabulous price.
