Fortunately, it was a road trip so I had the extra space outside of the bag. Ive used the bag since then for shorter trips and have found it to be more than adequate. The compartments well placed and the bag is easy to manage with either the handles or the straps. It would be perfect if it was just a little bit bigger.

It has several pockets both inside and outside. Theres a sleeve that will fit over the handle of a suitcase. I like the versatility of this bag. Its waterproof material keeps materials inside the bag dry. Or you can use the bag to carry wet items. If you have both - you can use the zippered wet pocket inside. Its attractive. Mine has the navy background with white leaves. Its pretty without being fussy. The zippers appear to be quality and the whole bag looks like it will hold up to years of use.
