> 3 dayThis COULD B A GREAT TOOL!! Ive tried these multiple times. Each time they work Awsome for a few uses. Then the plastic cup breaks around the hex shaft and one cannot keep the red cup spinning to clean the outside of pipe! Ive also found u need to spin them in the proper direction or at least only 1 direction always or it will wreck the brushs eventually as they r like angled teeth. The 2nd issue it the cup gets stuck and will not slide on the shaft. This is usually after the tool has been used and exposed to any water and the shaft rusts. I am an HvAc and Refrigeration tech and do alot of water heaters and other stuff. A Tool that Could b Great Value if Improved Mainly the plastic cup to Hex shaft issue and Id be on board again. Its that good when it works!! It replaced 2 tools and the brushes can b stored in closed so they r not poking ur fingers when u go into your tool bag to grab other tools! Wires in the finger tips is no fun!! Great idea needs some product engineer to look at the user reviews and address the issues. I have read a few Guys say to put a hose clamp around the plastic where it drives the hex shaft. I will try that and see if it is useful again. Will report back. I would Add I used mine on a impact driver and I definitely think that could have made it break faster. Maybe a drill would b easier on it. But u put a hex shaft on it most guys dont carry a drill in ther main bag anymore just in the truck. So 90% r going to use ther impact driver. Ive used Wielder brand (Red cup) and the Yellow cup brand, and the blue brand they all r built exact same so I think they just color the plastic and stamp a name on the side of diff brands.

> 3 dayI dont know what the review means by asking for warmth. This tool will clean copper pipe very quickly, but it does heat up the pipe; maybe thats what they mean. When PEX wont do, I still sweat copper and am always pleased at how much more quickly it goes using this tool. Bought my last one 4 years ago and it finally wore out, so I was glad to see that they still make these.

> 3 dayI’m a 30+ yr. Professional Plumber. This is a great concept, however it’s made of cheap plastic crap. Complete waste of money!

Greater than one weekThis seems like a clever device, but it is not effective. Use separate inside and outside brushes.
