I wanted to polish some old silverware pieces that my Grandmother had from the 1930s. I remembered using Weimans polish years ago to clean some jewelry I had, so I thought Id give it a try again. I was pleased to see they offer the product in a container of wipes, which is very convenient. My order was delivered promptly, and I started what I thought would be a long dreary task of rubbing and polishing silverware for hours. I was absolutely amazed at how easily and quickly these wipes eliminated all the tarnish from the silver! The wipes are so much easier to use than cream polishes and clean up is simple. The silver was restored to a beautiful shine in a matter of minutes. Minimal effort is needed, although you will need to rub heavily tarnished sections or areas with intricate designs or inlays a little more to obtain maximum results. You can see from the pictures what a difference using these wipes has made. I would recommend a few things, however: 1) Be sure to wear gloves so the tarnish does not stain your fingernails and cuticles; 2) Make sure you have a towel or paper towels on the table, as the wipes are quite moist and will foam up a bit when rubbing the items; 3) Wash the cleaned item off with mild soap and water immediately after wiping, then buff with a soft cloth. If you let the cleaned item sit without washing, some residue will remain and you will not get ultimate results. I definitely recommend purchasing this product. You will very pleased with the results.

Easy-to-use

Works great, got rid of the brown tarnish color on all my old silver jewelry. You can clean multiple jewelry only using 1 sheet. Wipe your jewelry down, wash it off with water, and dry with a cloth. All my jewelry are shining like when I first got them.

I used these wipes on several pieces of jewelry and they came out sparkling and looking like brand new. They were easy to use. Then, I just rinsed off the jewelry and dried each piece. They didnt damage any stones either.

Works great

These are great for quickly polishing up a piece of jewelry or a serving spoon right when you need it. Im not going to sit down and polish all my silver all at once. Its just not going to happen. With these, I can quickly and easily polish pieces one or a few at a time, wash them off, and use them. Still the same nasty silver polish smell, but what can you do?

Ok, Im not sure how I made 40 whole journeys around the sun without ever polishing any silver, but there ya go. Hence the title of this review. Tip #1: I totally thought that these wipes would magically instantly remove the tarnish on contact. Spoiler alert: thats not quite the case. You have to rub repeatedly and it takes several seconds for it to begin to work. If you have ornate jewelry with lots of nooks and crannies, a toothbrush is very helpful. Tip #2: Wear gloves when using! I sadly only had one glove, and the naked hand ended up very irritated and dried out after prolonged contact with these wipes. Tip #3: Before you rinse your jewelry in the sink, be sure to close the drain! Trust me on this! I will say that few household chores are this satisfying. These wipes work great and I was able to revitalize a good amount of my old silver jewelry. Definitely a good buy and certainly far less expensive than purchasing new pieces.
