> 3 dayIt boots up nice and quick opens applications with blazing speeds but at soon as you try to download on a application like steam it just falls flat on its face and becomes basically worse than a hard drive

Greater than one weekOnly fast for a couple seconds during a photo transfer. After that it slows way down. The 2TB version stays fast during an entire copy of photos

> 3 dayI needed to replace an older 128GB M.2 drive that I use as my boot. This seemed like a great option, as it offers a decent amount of storage for growth in a drive that is mostly used for an OS. After comparing a few different options, I settled on this. Installation was a breeze (other than the tiny screw to secure) and my motherboard immediately recognized it. What a great upgrade. My old M.2 drive was about 5 years old, and it still works well, just was too small. Cloned the drive to the 500GB WD Blue M.2 drive and wow, what a difference. Super fast, boots quicker, runs great.

Greater than one weekExcited to receive this in the mail till it came down to installation, does not include screw for motherboard to hold down. So now I must wait to order some off Amazon lol. Should probably mention that in description.

> 3 dayJust a nice and fast SSD, nothing impressive, I wouldve rather bought the 1TB model instead of 500GB but it was too expensive at the time

> 3 dayThe clone worked great. Only complaint is that the OEM recovery partitions didnt clone correctly. The Crucial clone software does is correctly, so not sure why WDC Acronis doesnt. Install is easy. No heat tape or heat sink but temps are about the same as my old sn530 which did have tape and a sink. This new drive maxed out at 150F during a 30 min file copy from an internal 2.5 SSD. I did have to manually set my boot order via BIOS to get it to boot up. Guessing that is because I have multiple disks. Very happy so far. Will update the review if anything goes bad.
