I had an issue with packaging being broke on transit and loosing one of the two bags. But the people worked with me and got it fixed right away. Easy to work with and again love these bags! > 3 dayI keep the giraffe and elephant one in the diaper bag for the Sunday blowouts--I put my baby in her prettiest clothes for church and then two weeks out of three she has a blowout during Bible study--so its handy to have a bag for the poopy onsie in the diaper bag. I use the owl one to haul breast pumping parts back and forth to work--the big pocket is for clean parts and zip lock bags that have only been used on clean parts, and the small pocket is for rinsed parts that need washing. Reduces how many ziplock bags I go through and is easier to spot if I have the cute bag packed for work!
