> 24 hourI have several different sets of alligator test leads already, but all of them are for low-voltage, low-current circuits. When I have tried to push them into higher-power applications, they invariably heat up and are unsuitable.

> 24 hourThese very flexible but strong jumpers are going to make a great addition to my electronics repair kit!

> 24 hourI like to use these when testing audio equipment. They allow you to quickly get power to a device with no cutting or stripping of wires. I also like that they are all different colors - very easy to trace from source to destination.

> 24 hourWGGE 5 piece dual ended clip lead set is made in PRC (China). The wire for the leads is a good, low wattage wire. I plan to stay under 180 watts (15 amps * 12 VDC) because these appear to be 16 gauge wire in a pvc insulator shell. The wires are quite flexible and the connection to the seems sturdy (hard to see as it is covered by plastic). These are very inexpensive, so my concern is that I am getting what I am paying for compared to test leads that have a similar wattage rating made with better materials. I think these would be good for medium current and low voltage automotive use.

> 24 hourThese alligator clip test wires are well made. The material used is nice quality and very pliable. The alligator clips are strong and hold well. These are very handy for all types of 12 volt setups. Highly recommend!

> 24 hourThe leads seem decently built. For automotive use I would prefer a little thicker wire being used. The leads are rated at 15amps. Of which customer states. If used diagnosing a higher load in vehicle (20-30amps). Such as a headlight, Radiator fan or heater fan circuit. The leads may be subject to a overload/melting condition. But, for general low load use they should be fine. There is a warranty on leads. But , most likely not allowing for melting for accidental overload. Pricing is decent so most will just buy another set if need arises. I would suggest a revision to listing. Stating what voltage leads can handle 15amps at(Most likely 12volts). Otherwise listing may make some assume leads can handle 15 amps all the way up to 1500volts listing mentions. I would consider leads a disposable item to buy. Not saying they are bad. But due to low cost and most damage/issues is most likely from improper use or accidental damage. The leads work as designed, Just use caution on use.

> 24 hourThese alligator clips are very nice. I like that they are multi color so you can easily tell what is connected to what if you are connecting a lot of things. They handle a lot of power and amps so there is no need to get clips with large or smaller capacity for testing all electronics. The alligator ends grip well. The plastic is rubbery and has a nice feel to it. These feel like they will last a long time. Great product.

> 24 hourUnlike most test leads and jumper wires, these are twice as thick and the clamps are super strong.

> 24 hourI got these to use with my multimeter, which only has straight probes. Using these alligator clips allows me to attach one end to the multimeter probe and the other end to the measurement point, leaving my hands free do work on other circuit components. These are solid, good gauge wires, adding little resistance over that of the original leads.
