I didn’t realize at first they are just balloons and don’t come with the balloon arch tape but it was super easy to buy that separately! Highly recommend if you’re looking for neutral colored balloons!

> 3 dayI used a cheap pump from Walmart and I used the method with a command strip and ribbon to put them together. This was my second time decorating my own party. Very cheaper route and allowed me to be more creative!! The only thing I didn’t expect was to not get a garland strip to connect the balloons but that’s okay, I made due with what was sent!
