I ordered this item, and only half of the screen works...who do I talk about this issue???

It was the first time trying this. None of the tools helped open it, I had to use an x-acto knife. The tape with the kit was worthless too. The tape is important because it is how the unit is held together in the end. My son pushed it down a couple days later because it was popping up and when he did the screen cracked.

I wasn’t happy because the screen was broke and I got the wrong sizes. I believe I missed ordered the iPhone 6 Plus glass so I’ll take responsibility of this one. I just needed the right sizes and not brokend

Bottom third of the screen unresponsive right out of the box. Try a different brand.

Cheap and easy to install

It was extremely difficult, and some of the tools don’t fit!

The screen didn’t fit the connections as listed. It is not as described.
