As a couple of other people have said, this tulle is soft. It is also very easy to fluff up, because its so light and airy. I even added lace on the edge, and it stayed fluffy all evening on Halloween. I believe it will work well for a petticoat or crinoline, as long as a lightweight fabric is being used over it. Very nice to work with, and not scratchy. Two thumbs up!

This tulle netting fabric is just as it was described and perfect to use to cover the small fabric pieces in the fabric quilted collage Im making. Its soft and the quantity of fabric for the price was excellent, much better than Id found anywhere else. Good quality throughout.

Like I thought it was going to be like fishnet but its actually very pretty and nice price but buy more because it runs out fast

It is the softer tulle. It is strong and sewed well. I made all on the ruffles for the Infant of Prague statue. I did the edging with my serger rolled hem setting. There was no tearing. It gather well. Though note, tulle is fussy for this application.

Used this tulle yo create a puff sleeve and train for me dress..the fabric gave what it was supposed to give..not stiff or scratchy and the color was vibrant

Viene cortado, no es de 54 y no trae 40 yardas. Es de 20 y 20 yardas, mala inversión. Me lo quedo porque Amazon hace muy difíciles las devoluciones y no tengo tiempo para mi boda.

I was a little leary about this when it arrived on a roll instead of packaged like all the others Ive purchased in the past. But now i wish everyone sold these on rolls! They are so much easier to roll out and measure AND they store so much neater and more compact than all the packages of folded tulle bolts i have. Love it!
