Whiteside 6210 CNC Spoilboard Surfacing Router Bit, 1/4 Shank

You just cannot go wrong with Whiteside bits. I try to use them almost exclusively.

Good price. Cut through my waste board to resurface it with no problems. Ran it .1 DPP @ 100IPM.

Bought this to flatten boards to wide for my jointer and for end grain cutting boards. Works great

Wish it could be a larger circumference, but pretty much all 1/4 collets are a 3/4 inch circumference. Did the job (flattening hardwood slab with router jig) very well.

It came in quickly - It looks like it will do the job well - I havent used it yet, but its as described, and It should work very well.

Packed well the blades were sealed to keep them sharp. SSI far the durability has held up, Ive only used it 3 times. Still has a sharp edge.

I will admit, i just got this bit and Ive only flattened one walnut slab.. that being said, cuts like butter. I would be extremely surprised to find a better flattening bit at this price range that can perform as well. Awesome product!! Would love to try the 6220 when i can.

I bought this bit to surface my CNC wasteboard. It did a wonderful job. What impressed me most was that I had 6 steel bolts holding down my wasteboard. The bolts were set below the surface of the wasteboard and I thought that I had enough clearance to cut away 2mm off the top. I was wrong and the bit ran over 4 of the 6 bolt heads. It wasnt intentional, nevertheless I didnt stop the job as I wanted to see if the bit would hold up. Every time it ran over a bolt head, I would hold my breath as sparks shot all around the dust shoe. After the job finished, the bit still looked great. I will definitely buy this again.

I love this bit. It cleans materials without leaving any marks whatsoever. I bought this one after wasting my time on another bit for half the price. This is still a very affordable, high quality bit. I will buy more of this one when needed.
