> 24 hourWish it could be a larger circumference, but pretty much all 1/4 collets are a 3/4 inch circumference. Did the job (flattening hardwood slab with router jig) very well.

> 24 hourOnce I surfaced my spoilboard I was able to properly tram it. Then I surfaced again and now all my cuts are dead on flat as the should be. This is a got to item!

> 24 hourI bought this for stock and spoil board surfacing on my CNC router. This is a very well-made product, and worth the money. My only caveat is that, if you plan on using this on a large piece (my spoil board is 3 x 4), it may be worthwhile to buy a larger bit. A 1 surfacing bit will get the job done a lot faster. Be wary of Big Box MDF when using this bit. Ive twice encountered staples buried in the middle of MDF. The most recent encounter did some damage to this bit.

> 24 hourGreat price. I recently bought a CNC machine and wanted to surface my waste board. This bit was exactly what I needed and within my budget.

> 24 hourDid a great job leveling my 24 X 49 particle board vacuum chuck spoil board. I used a spindle speed of 12,000 RPM, a feed rate of 80 inches per minute, a .010 depth of cut and a .4 step over on this 1 router bit to make a smooth surface thats free of ripple that might be caused by an out-of-tram spindle. It took a little over 30 minutes to level the spoil board and it made a lot of very fine dust. The CNC router is completely enclosed so this wasnt a problem, but if you use this without a full enclosure, youll have fine dust flying all over your shop and you dont want to breathe that fine dust.
