Since I dont own a router, I used it on a drill press to round the edges of a model airplane fuselage consisting of balsa wood and light plywood. The resulting edges were consist in size, shape and very smooth. The results would have been even better with a router. This bit is significantly cheaper via Amazon than those sold in the big box stores.

Its a night and day difference compared to using the cheap bits. Faster and cleaner cuts. Round over bits are one of the most popular bits most will use, its not worth cheaping out on.

Ive used Whiteside bits for years for home use, they are very high quality bits.

Very sharp & leaves a nice finish

Whiteside bits are the best. They run true without vibration or runout and they stay sharp for a long time. Actually I dont know how long since mine are still sharp after many feet of wood and some plastic.

Whiteside router bits are the best. They last much longer than the brands sold at the lumber yards and hardware stores. Highly recommend.
