> 3 dayI bought mainly for the purpose of driving Brad nails into trim that didn’t recess far enough. It’s a little hard to keep the point of the tool on the head of the nail while pulling back on a spring that has pretty good tension to it. I ended up making more dents in the trim than I wanted but is likely user error and I just need to get better at the technique.

> 3 dayWorks well. Pops pin right out. May not work in some hinge types but it does work on most. If the pun was a little longer it would probably work on the others also

Greater than one weekIf you need to sink in some nails, these will do the trick, but you need to be careful that you dont move them while pulling back the top since its very easy to accidentally put some dents around the nail youre trying to sink. What I ended up finding these most useful for though is removing old/stuck door hinge pins, dont know how I ever removed a door without them!

> 3 dayBeen trying to get the hinge pin out of a door for the past few months and have done some minor damage to the door and frame. Tried some other tools as well as brute strength and got nowhere. Not expecting much, I purchased and tried this hinge pin punch. Took me a moment or three to figure out how to use it, but when I finally put it to work, the hinge pin at first slowly and then quickly was punched out of the hinge. Love this tool. Worth it, worth it, worth it.

> 3 dayThis is one of those tools that you don’t have a daily need for, but when you have a need for it, nothing beats it! If you’ve ever had to take a door off the hinges or hammer in a brad nail that didn’t go in all the way you’ve probably noticed that using a regular hammer and a screwdriver doesn’t do a good job. With this tool, it is effortless to take out the pins on the hinge and keep from marking up a finished work piece with a hammer. I’ve also use these punch to get a drill bit started on a work piece. They were great.

Greater than one weekThis is something simple and easy to use, someone smarter than me thought about this tool and created. I dont do a lot of carpentry lately but when it comes to hiding those nails setter is really good, you dont have to carry the hammer all the time to fix those nails. I havent used the Hinge Pin Punch yet so I cannot give my opinion on that.

> 3 dayDon’t really do these things but this is a great product. No bulky hammer and punch, just hold one end to fastener and flick the spring…. Done!
