I just wanted to try using extender for my IOT products as I do not have enough channels on my main router. This will do the job, speed might be little low compared to main router but has two channels 2.4 and 5G so you can choose your option.

I never got this to connect despite resetting and starting from scratch. Disappointing and useless.

Helps cover the whole house. My grandson was not getting a strong signal in his bedroom. This helped him the most. But we all saw change in signal and speed.

It has a good range for both bands 2.4 and 5 Ghz so best for short range full speed and long range but little less speed also in budget.

Setup was pretty straight forward. Good signal strength when I connected with my cell phone but for some reason Echo Dot had trouble connecting to it through the Alexa app. Tried several times and finally wound up just using another wifi signal to connect to Echo Dot. It does seem to run pretty warm but really havent seen an extender yet that didnt. *** After trying several times got Echo dot to recognize the extender. Believe now that it was just Alexa being finicky. Really working great now.

This WIFI Extender has been working great for me. I have placed it in my garage to extend my range. The coverage is great for what I use it for, let it be indoors or outdoors.

We live out in the country and finally installed a garage door opener however, we could not hook it up to our cell phones because our modem was on the far side of the house away from the garage, and could not be moved. We bought this sweet little Wi-Fi extender fairly cheap, plugged it right into the wall underneath the nightlight out of our way, and now the garage door works perfectly. You can hook up mini devices to these. We highly recommend it.

Honestly... I was a little skeptical of this unit due to the listed price but I still purchased. It was available for delivery rapidly and I needed one ASAP. I placed the order and it arrived, well packed and in just 48 hours. Set up was amazingly easy and it effortlessly connected to my network. I was very surprised how easy and well this unit works.
