This was already assembled and looked amazing!! It fit perfectly on my sons highchair! I highly recommend this product!

Came fully assembled, just a little wrinkled from packing so pull out ahead of time to let the ribbons lay flat. Very cute and well made. Perfect for our wild one theme party with black/gold decor (also found the cupcake toppers on Amazon).
