I purchased this for my nine year old daughter for school, her folders, crayon box and little extras fit nicely.Its roomy with a couple of pockets. Its the perfect size for her and she loves it. Its a great quality and very pretty for young girls. I would definitely recommend it.

Cute bag, well made... Not practical for backpack use. No room for lunch bag and very awkward to carry for an 8 yo.

I purchased this bag for my horse crazy second grader. She has had it for about a month now and despite some rough treatment of still looks good as new. The interior is roomy enough for her school agenda and some reading books. There are two pockets in front for extra storage but this would definitely not work for anyone that has to carry large textbooks or any bulky items. I am very happy with the quality and my student is happy with her bag.
