Canvas sturdy and because we now shop online, yes things get wrapped and mangled in packaging or simply just damaged during shipping. Ok so both bags had zippers that either wouldnt move or already useless upon arrival. But since I lived in times pre internet I know how to fix zippers with your basic #2HP pencil. Rub that pencil lead up and down those zippers........ Long sorry short, zippers are fine with smoothly and bag is functional.
