> 3 dayI recently lost my best friend of 13 years.. a yellow Labrador named Aero. As soon as I saw this piece on the willow tree website I was immediately drawn to it. I had my special friend cremated & this is the perfect memorial piece to go next to his ashes. Its absolutely beautiful & brings me a lot of comfort.

> 3 dayWonderful gift idea for someone who has recently lost a pet. My mom had to put down her dog after 15 years and we sent this to her as a gift. She absolutely loves it! I did have to give it 4 stars because the product came scratched on the edge/corner.

> 3 dayAbsolutely love it. Its surprisingly quite heavy for a small plaque. A beautiful representation.

> 3 dayGave this as a gift to my dad to represent my daughter, his grand daughter. He loved it. Beautiful piece, as they each are. I wish there was a version of a girl with a cat that wasn’t a plaque. I also got him the boy with a dog representing our son, which isn’t a plaque. Would’ve been cool to have them both be free-standing pieces. But as it is, this piece is beautiful.

> 3 dayI purchased this plaque on sale as a Christmas gift for my wife. Instead of a new item, I received a used (opened) plaque. When I hung the plaque, I discovered that the hanging bracket was not centered , and so the plaque will not hang straight. The hanging bracket is embedded in the plaque casting, so it cannot be moved. Normally, I would take this in stride and exchange the item for a new one. Amazon wont let me do this. I can either get a refund of the original (sale) price, or I can apply the purchase price to some other item - not the same item. Of course, the plaque is no longer on sale, so if I want to replace it, I need to get a refund of the sale price, and then pay the difference to meet the current price, which is right now is even higher than it normally is. The plaque is defective, and I believe that it was previously returned because it was defective, and Amazon then sold me this used defective plaque as new.
