> 3 dayThese balls are being used for massage and not tennis. They work great in the hip area and lower back by rolling around on top of them. Also when sitting for long periods of time in a car or chair by placing them at lower back and hip areas and adjusting when necessary.

> 3 dayWe use these tennis balls when washing/drying large comforters. They are also used on the back legs of walkers to aid sliding over carpeting. We dont play tennis, however... Recommended.
