> 3 dayThe design of the umbrella is very elegant and it has very superior craftsmanship. As they say that even the moon is not spotless, such was the case with this beautiful umbrella. It came with a 1.5 cm long stretch mark in one section of the canopy where the fabric density was thin which could have become a sour gap in otherwise a very beautiful umbrella. I reached out Customer Service through email and I got a prompt response. After ascertaining the issue exchanging emails using photographs, I was shipped another umbrella within a week’s time. Along with a wonderful product, it was a very quick resolution of customer concern in the best possible way won the day for Royalwalk. A delightful product coupled with even better attitude for serving a customer.

03-06-2025Well made in comparison with my last few umbrellas. It seems like Umbrellas are getting too cheap and disposable. I am going to try and hold on to this one.

> 3 daySo I like portable umbrellas but find that they’re too small to cover two people or get bullied by wind. I got this one and it covers two people quite nicely. Not sure how it’d do in a small gust but so far so good.

> 3 dayI thought that maybe this umbrella would repel water better than a cheaper one. I was wrong, although it is bigger, and it opens at the push of a button, but you manually have to close it. The rain gets through and you do get wet. The material does not repel well. Why don’t they use material that’s well made? They charge enough to afford it.
