Winfield 2 Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Carry-On 20-Inch, Brushed Anthracite

We were on a tour bus in Taiwan using this newly bought luggage spinner. The bus was going at a fast rate. It hit the curb and I heard a bang. I found out that my luggage had flown onto the interstate. This piece of luggage withstood a 60 mph drop onto the interstate. A/lthough it was scraped up, were still using it. Love it!

Husband took it to Belgium and held up great!

This luggage is absolute garbage, I used it for the first time this past week. The extender handle metal bars bent as soon as I started to walk with the luggage. They are like a cheap shower rod quality and cannot handle any weight. This luggage also dents easily, its crazy cheap. I called the Samsonite customer service hotline and this was a joke all together. They said I could take the luggage to 2 other states which I do not live in, for an official repair center. The repair center would then determine if it was a defect or my fault. The other option was to ship the luggage and they would reimburse me $15.00 towards the shipping cost. What a joke, do these people have any idea how much shipping costs are for something this size. If you purchase this junk then you are screwed if it breaks as quickly as it did for me. Its cheaper to buy another piece of luggage, then go through Samsonites nonsense. I have read several other reviews and the metal bars bent for other people as well. Samsonite is not the quality luggage it was in the past. This company makes it as difficult as they can once they have your money.

I regularly pack 46-50 lbs in this suitcase. I’ve been thru the airport about 10 times with it and all the wheels and zippers are still intact and working properly. No other damage to report. Plus the orange color is easy to spot from a distance.

Nice color, but shows wear very quickly. Mine has tons of scuffs and scrapes and Ive only used it twice. The outside often bends inward and then pops back out...not the strongest hard siding. Also, the way this bag opens, you need to keep both sides flat on the ground (vs. unzipping the top and having one large compartment you can live out of). In small NYC hotel rooms, its annoying to have to keep a giant bag like this completely open with both sides flat. You cant use typical luggage stands and its gross that I always have to keep it on the floor. Lastly, I find it difficult to roll.

Fantastic large suitcase. Rolls easily on all four wheels and is large enough for a long journey for someone that over packs likes myself. I travel a lot for work for very long periods of time and this is a fantastic suitcase that prevents the airport baggage handlers from smashing everything in your suitcase. The built in TSA lock is very nice and easy to use. I do recommend this suitcase to all travelers.

Two of the three pieces have revealed fatal defects. On the largest unit, the primary zipper does not function. On the medium unit, the telescopic handle doesnt retract. We now live overseas so returning the set for an exchange isnt practical.

Love the color. Good quality.

A great gift and my son said it served its purpose

I’m so disappointed in the quality of these suitcases. I will say that the internal fittings are very good and useful, the quality of the external cladding is terrible. I’ve only used them maybe four or five times and the plastic coating has torn, is covered with white marks, and generally looks terrible literally from the first time I used it. Plus the handles don’t stay in the opposition, they collapse frequently while rolling them. Otherwise maneuverability is good. Samsonite would do nothing about it because of the timeframe. Unfortunately, I bought the set early in the pandemic, and then had no cause to use it for quite some time, so by the time I started traveling again it was past the year. These are not inexpensive suitcases and they’re total crap quality. Feel cheated.
