> 3 dayI bought this camera and a ring camera. This camera makes better videos and pics. at night than ring cameras. They are close to the same quality pics and videos during the day. Only part about this camera was that it had been used before. I didnt have all the parts that comes with it. Didnt have the plastic over the lens.

My other camera is located closer to the side and back yard. I love how the colors are clear and even at night I can images. This is far the best camera that I have used so far without disappointment!!!

19-11-2024The camera detects motion within the 30ft radius and works beautifully in all weather. I was concerned at the beginning about the length of the video (without subscribing, you can only do a max of 20 seconds) but then you can eliminate the break between the camera video takes, so essentially you have 20s videos one after another, until motion stops. Which is fine. The 3 day save period (again, no subscribing) works well. During high winds, I can either stop the camera, or just ignore the notifications, and after 3 days later all the unneeded videos will be gone. I dont need to manually delete them. Video is clear, even at night, and motion sensitivity works well. Overall, with no subscription, this camera works great.

2. Only work with a 2.4GHz WiFi router, not work with 5Ghz WiFi.
3. Only works with VicoHome APP, other third-party apps are not supported.

5. Double-click the power button to enter the re-add camera and network pairing mode.

Steps for connecting the camera:
1. Scan the code or search for VicoHome in APP Store /Google Play;
2. Open the APP and register or log in to the account (only mobile phone numbers in the same country can share the camera);
3. Enter the user name and mobile phone number for registration, receive the mobile phone verification code, set the password, and complete registration to add a new camera.
4. Long press the power button on the camera, and the blue indicator light will be on, then double click the key, and the ding dong ding dong prompt will be heard to enter the next pairing; Enter the password to connect to WIFI (2.4GHz only);
5. After the WIFI connection is successful, a two-dimensional code will appear. Scan the two-dimensional code with the camera.
6. Set the camera name and location (foyer, living room, backyard, garden, etc.);
7. Enter the camera APP to set and use;
(Click + in the upper right corner of the APP to add the camera and rematch the network.)
