Product did not sync up to the PS4 - followed instructions, attempted to even scan it via blu-tooth, left it charging via usb cable until fully charged on ps4; it simply would not sync or be recognized - a

When the battery gets low and you plug it in to recharge, the P4 goes into vibrate and will not respond to any commands.

It says it connects to PS4, it doesn’t. I have nothing else to say. If it doesn’t connect you can’t use it. Save your money!

Honestly I havent got to use it yet. Im still waiting on my old one to break down, then Ill use it. But seriously if you want to know what I think of it my old one that Im using now Ive had for almost a year and its still going strong and I believe I bought it through the same exact company so I would say thumbs up.

This is the level 1 upgrade PS4 controller man shes built like a brick house but not as heavy but feels so damn good in the hands and might need a break in period but solid

Needed a new PS4 controller and didnt want to pay for a new Sony one. The feel is a lil different but otherwise it works just the same as an original PS one. Cant go wrong here!

It feels like, looks like and works like a real ps4 controller, just cheaper. A far cry from the awful mad catz controllers of my youth. This has been a great replacement controller so far for me, havent had any issues
