I was disappointed with the buttons for the door. The picture makes it look like they have a blue light outlining the button. They dont light up until you press them. I purchased them because I wanted them lit up so anyone coming to the door at night could see the actual doorbell. The photo was misleading.

This door bell system work perfect for our needs, its loud and the lights get your attention. Being able to mount without running bell wire is a real plus, just plug it into an outlet and you are ready to go. These makes easy to move the doorbell to a different room.

I got one of these for my Mom, who is hearing-impaired. Its fairly loud and the flashing lights let her know when someone is at the door of her apartment. She seems happy with it! Easy to install and select volume/tone. It took maybe 5 whole minutes. I didnt use the included adhesive. I stuck the doorbell on using a adhesive strip that comes with the 3M command hooks—just in case she needs to move.
