(3) Open the case lid and turn on Bluetooth setting to search "S13" to pair

A2: Please follow the steps to reset.
(1) Press and hold the button for 5 secs. to turn off
(2) Press and hold the both button for about 12 secs. to clean the pair record of the last device
(3) Reset successfully
(4) Put the earbuds back to charging case for 2~3 sec. then pair other devices
