I regularly use Child’s farm products and am always happy with them. However this time I have just received the product and it’s split open and poured all inside the delivery bag. I’m unable to return it due to the coronavirus outbreak meaning I can’t leave the house so I’m now stuck with an almost empty bottle that I paid for.....

Package had been opened and the shampoo bottle emptied. Tried to send the empty bottle back but was told this would cost £5.00 and would have to fill international forms in as it was going to Germany, wasnt worth the effort or money. Ended up buying the product elsewhere.

Came open and a little bit had spilled out but it’s still an amazing product.

Item was broken when arrived, so leaked all over my hands. It also smells chemically and gone off. No option for refund. I’m not sending back all the liquid will just pour out

Love this product For my baby. However received and the whole bottle was leaking into the plastic packaging it came wrapped up in! Not happy

My kids suffer from eczema, but this is the only product I can use! We really love them, Their hair looks shiny and healthy qfter using that! Also good product if your kittens suffer from fleas and give them a flea bath if you dont have professional product in hand!

Bought as reviews said it was good for cradle cap. Lost my hair due to chemo so thought it would be good to try, sadly doesnt seem to work on my adult scalp, but it does leave my soft chemo hair feeling good, and its not highly scented which I like
