> 3 dayIt came on and worked but I could not pair the transmitter with the receiver cause the button on the transmitter. I even took it apart to try to see what was going on. I was really hoping this thing worked but it was a no go. I wouldnt recommend this item cause it appears to be made cheaply.

Greater than one weekI got this for use with a projector and gaming. Overall, it does what it describes, and wirelessly transmits the HDMI signal. I used it with my Xbox Series without issues. The quality is indistinguishable from a physical cable with no artifacting or digital noise that I could tell. I tried to game on it, but it does have a BIT of lag. Not major, but noticeable when playing video games. I have no way to tell exactly how much, but Id guess about 5-10 frames of lag were present when attempting to game. Thats why I said its great for some use-case scenarios. Its a bit pricey, but it does what it says, and it does it well!

> 3 dayIt sends the 1080p video and the audio magically through the air from the DTV receiver to the LG smart TV about 8 ft away. That’s all I needed.

> 3 dayCant get this audio to work over HDMI from my Samsung TV to my External AMP. Doesnt seem to recognize the source for sound. On a laptop it works fine, but when I change it as instructed from either HDMI or HDMI ARC on my Samsung TV, it does not work.

> 3 dayTook a while to figure out. Your HDMI source should be 1080p, if not it will show the instruction screen on output monitor, which is to repair or screen mirroring with Android or iOS. My Lorex security system in the attic outputs 4k, I fed it to the transmitter and it did not work. After much effort figuring out the issue, I tried changing Lorex settings to 1080p and it worked. It is likely going back. Why market on something it is not capable of doing. I knew it outputs at 1080p but the product is supposed to decode 4k input. Transmitter and receiver are separated by one layer of 3/4 plywood and drywall and about 30 feet away. 1080p works good.

> 3 dayThis unit works when it wants to. It will be working and then it just loses the signal, it may come back and it might not. Now about 4 months later, when it works which is about half of the time, the signal and sound pause for about 2 seconds every 30 seconds. I can not find anyway to get ANY tech support.

> 3 dayThis works great for just transmitting video and audio. I have to warn you though, do not get this if you want to game with it. The delay will make it almost impossible to play any first person shooter or timing game. On the bright side, it does transmit a beautiful 4K quality video!

> 3 dayThis HDMI transceiver set works great. The picture looks fine, and the set is pre-paired so setup was a breeze. The picture is a little laggy as is to be expected when transmitting it over WIFI across the room, so dont expect to be able to play games. Its fine for watching movies though. The only issue Ive found is that the transmitter can get hot, especially if it lays flat on a surface (such as might happen when attached to a laptop), so Ive taken to letting it dangle off the edge of a table to improve air flow. The engineers need to apply a little more time to thermal management, but other than that, Im happy with it.

> 3 dayThis HDMI transmitter and receiver was a breeze to set up and works flawlessly. Occasionally, the signal will reset and there is a short moment when the monitor in the other room that has the receiver connected to it will show a screen showing no signal and instructions on how to reset the transmitter, but it always reconnects after several seconds of showing this message screen. I installed one of my Amazon Fire TV 4K Sticks on the transmitter via a HDMI splitter (several models available on Amazon) and the receiver is connected to a digital TV/monitor HDMI input located in a spare berdroom on the other side of my house. I have been using this HDMI transmitter+receiver setup as described for months and it has never given me any issues, other than the rare hiccup I described which resolves itself after several seconds and only seems to happen when I turn on the TV/monitor after a very long absence (we rarely use this spare bedroom). I also tested it with my laptop by connecting the transmitter to my laptops HDMI port and it worked great. When using it with my laptop I only needed to configure my laptop with screen dimensions that matched my TV/monitor. I would definitely recommend this HDMI transmitter+receiver set to others.
