> 24 hourThese are HORRIBLE and DANGEROUS!!! I received mine yesterday, followed the instructions, and as it was in my microwave, next thing I know there was a terrible smell and my microwave was ON FIRE!!!!!! Now I have no microwave, and there are silica beads EVERYWHERE throughout my kitchen!! ARE YOU GOING TO REPLACE MY MICROWAVE???

> 24 hourI weighed each packet upon receiving them and they both were around 500 grams. Today I checked on the one in my gun safe and it weighed 636 grams. I decided to try a recharge in the microwave on medium power but only 2 minutes in and the pack exploded. Very disappointed by this and wish I could get a replacement.

> 24 hourIf you live in a humid environment, you need these substantial desiccant packs for lock boxes and safes. When they weigh 23 oz (650g) revitalize them in the oven per included directions. Stop possible mold, mildew rust or corrosion by using these desiccant packs.

> 24 hourHeated up in the microwave as directed and upon removing from the microwave after letting it cool off the bag material melted on the bottom and tore the bag, sending hundreds of silca beads through my kitchen. Used duct tape to patch the bag, I dont feel like the bag material is made very sturdy.

> 24 hourI use these for my gym clothes. When Im done working out, I toss them in a big plastic bag with one of these desiccant packs. Helps keep my work backpack from getting smelly. I got two in the pack, one failed after a few days (the seam broke and leaked silica pellets into my bag). The other one seems to be going strong. I have dried it out a few times in the microwave with no drama.

> 24 hourWe purchased 4 packages after repairing a leak around the sunroof opening of our car, to assist in removing residual moisture after wet-vac options were exhausted. We have used them continuously for a few months, and put them through a few cycles of heating in the oven -- they have really helped alleviate the situation. The weak link is seam construction on the packs - at least one of the packages started to leak dessicant pellets. I was able to reinforce the weakening end seams on a sewing machine, but that should not be necessary.

> 24 hourI live in Florida where tools go to die a rusty death. I recently bought another product, Simichrone Polish, along with the dessicant in an effort to keep my expensive jewelry tools in as good shape as possible. I am more than pleased with both of these purchases. The dessicant came as two large pouches. The instructions for when to re-charge (dry in the oven or microwave) are written right on the bags, which makes is really easy to figure out when they need to be dried out to keep them working. I plan to buy more. I placed one of them under the large plastic covering I keep over my rolling mill and the other I put into a large drawer where I placed as many of my tools as would fit so they will all stay protected from the high humidity we experience here in Florida. Great purchase, I will likely buy at least one more set of these bags.

> 24 hourWorked great for only a month, swapped them out frequently, did everything the product suggests, then all of a sudden my car windshield began to freeze up, even after I changed the pack, no water anywhere inside. Would not stop freezing up. Is this a joke, a scam, or both? Its literally useless
