These are easy to get on and off the watch face and are very fashionable and comfortable.

These work perfectly. They are obviously not super expensive, but they hold up well, they adjust well. We have traded them out many times and have had no issue with quality. Some of the lighter colors get soiled easy, but we just save those for non work days.
