> 24 hourI was sooo excited when I received my strap as I love all things rainbow and this strap is Beautiful!! However, when I opened the package and pulled it out, I realized that one of the hooks was broken which essentially makes the strap unusable! =( I tried to fix it myself because I loved it so much but unfortunately the spring mechanism that allows the clamp to close is completely broken beyond repair and it is impossible for the clamp to stay attached to the bag! Really sucks!!
