Damaged when it came in broken wheel and dent in the side and on top did not get all my money back either very disappointed in this product that means if you we’re to put on a plain This means it would fall apart or break real easy

This was a gift to my daughter for use on her recent maternity stay at the hospital. She loves it! Great service, quick delivery!!

This is lightweight, beautiful and help up better than expected through the trials and tribulations of the baggage transport system. There were a couple small scrapes and scuffs, but thats the downside of all hardside luggage.

Its very nice. I bought it for my wife. She loves it. Its the perfect size.

I was so happy to use this beauty, it flowed so smoothly through the airport but although I didn’t pack much and my entire luggage weighed 40 lbs the zipper broke. I was heartbroken, I just purchased this luggage and it’s pretty much useless after one use. It was also scratched heavily, which I kind of expected because of the material. I would of overlooked the scratches as they are inevitable. I wouldn’t recommend due to how easily it can break.

This beautiful suitcase did not even last a 3 day trip. I was so sad. The hardcase tore away near one of the wheels and the zipper broke as well. The warranty, of course, did not cover this. By the time I got the warranty personnel to contact me, it was too late to notify the airlines.So, no functioning suitcase for the price I paid.
