I love the look of it, it’s perfect for the office. However, the handle feels kind of wobbly and it makes it somewhat hard to maneuver because it feels like it my break. Oh, and make sure you get the back short/carry handle through/over the metal/sliding handle so it’s not scraping the floor if you tilt the bag behind you!

Really like this bag. Im a Doctoral student and have lots of books that I need to carry with me. I love all the compartments to keep things organized, the wheels are perfect and make rolling easy. My only complaints are the handle is definitely not sturdy and it could be a little bigger.

Would return if I hadn’t already used it. Drifts and trips me when pulling, handle is very flimsy

So beautiful! Design and coloring of the wheels is sleek and classy looking. Professional look. I’ve added the 19” to my collection and plan on purchasing the larger size as well. This is the the best design touches to come out from Samsonite. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Unable to roll. Got stuck within the straps. Not worth money paid. Not good quality. Sadly the seller is not reasonable. Now Im stuck with the purse or loose 50% in stock fees.

I was excited to receive this samsonite bag for my every day use with 8.5x11 file folders. When I received it, I was immediately disappointed. The first disappointment was the cheap look of the material/bag overall. The second disappointment was that it is incredibly difficult to open up the main area to fit in files. It is not pliable at all, very stiff and a struggle to get things in and out of the bag. Third disappointment was the outside pocket. It has a very stiff flap and the compartment does not expand AT ALL to fit things such as cell phone, pens, or business cards inside. So basically, this portion of the bag is completely useless. Final disappointment are the wheels. They will only work on extremal smooth surfaces. If you have to go through any time of parking lot, road, cobble walkway, or even sidewalks and it is impossible to pull it as the cheap plastic wheel covers prevent the movement. I was hoping with time the bag would loosen up overall and it would be usable, but that has not occurred. So now I have wasted $150 on a bag that is near useless and I cannot return it. Samsonite should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such a poor product.

I used this for a carry on to Europe. It was in 9 airports. Very convenient, but when extended the handle is not strong enough. The rollers go in numerous directions because of the lack of stance.

Great concept! Needs shorter handles so the one on the side of the pull bar doesnt drag on the ground when rolling. You can loop it over the pull bar, which eliminates the dragging. Most definitely, for the price, the quality of stitching could be better. This bag can be slid/secured over another wheeled bag, which is a huge plus! Two side pockets for water bottles-great feature! Front pocket is a tight space but functional.
