20-11-2024Im hoping to get a refund for this item. Zipper fell apart on first flight. I may just have received a defective item but very unhappy with the quality of the zipper. The rest of the bag is great! Very durable. Maybe I just received a dud.

ONLY thing is, it must have been folded for a long time because it’s kind of smashed in where it’s been folded in half. So I’m trying to stuff it full right now and help them creases go away. I wasn’t crazy about the little tassel, so I just took it off. May put it back on later.
