The handle broke after only using twice.

I did not receive a suitcase as shown in this stock photo. I received a less attractive and older version of this product, and it was torn. Returning.

Received the wrong item. Was not what was pictured.

What a beautiful set of luggage. It held up to the relentless guys at the airport that throw your luggage around.

The handle broke the 2nd time I used this suitcase. Unfortunately, this was just a few days after the return window closed so I am stuck with the defective product. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I loved the style, super maneuverable and lightweight. However, it is not useful as a suitcase if the handle breaks after just one use. Unfortunately it does not appear I can return it because I purchased it several months ago, and just brought it out for its first use. When I picked it up from the luggage turnstyle at the airport from my return trip, the handle was broken.

The colors were much brighter than the picture. I was hoping for a “warmer/richer” color

Bummed.....Loved this piece, disappointed when I received it though, it didnt have a picture of the interior pattern on the Amazon site. Went for it, as I really wanted the piece to add to my classic black collection. I had to return it, as it didnt match the interior of my other pieces.

This luggage is so cute/durable. Impossible to mistake my bag for anyone else’s!

Great little carryon bag. Lightweight yet with some serious space (theres no wasted or unaccessible corner inside). Small side zip pocket inside and deep exterior zip pocket. Wheels roll extremely well and rotate organically. Handle recesses fully. The colorful exterior is quite sturdy, not being a merely decorative piece; this is a well made bag. I merely wish (as I often do with rollaboards) that the handle would lock in multiple positions. While it extends fully to allow a bag to sit on top, I wish it would also set to a shorter height which would be more comfortable for shorties like me when we arent toting a bag on top. It does work well with all Vera Bradley trolley sleeves (allow me to suggest the Vera Compact Weekender as your companion luggage piece, as you can get it in the matching print and it is a wonderful personal item bag).
