> 24 hourLove how it heats on both sides of the fabric while ironing. The fabric heats not the mat.

> 24 hourI use these for pressing seams while quilting. The little one is perfect for using my mini iron right next to my machine, and I love the warm wool smell (fiber people get me lol). One warning Id give is for cat owners... they will love these as much as you do, and claws will be involved!

> 24 hourI had been thinking about getting a wool mat for awhile now and spent quite a bit of time reviewing them. I decided on the Kaltek mat based on the companys description , others reviews and the inclusion of the extra mat and sewing tools made this set a value I couldnt pass up. The mat works as promised and makes a great addition to my sewing studio. The small mat fits perfectly in my travel sewing bag along with the cute wool bag, pin card and snips! You wont be disappointed with this product.

> 24 hourThis is a prelim review, because havent yet had a chance to use it. But the mats are very nicely made, and I have no expectation that there will be issues with them. There are a large number of wool pressing mats offered on Amazon and I selected this package as best value for money, and I feel that holds true. For a significantly less price than some charge just for one mat, you get a larger than average mat, and nice travel mat, and the little bundle of tools (more useful for me than the silicone iron rest some others offered). I expected these benefits based on the listing. What I didnt expect is that those little tools would come in a very nice little wool zip-up case that will be very nice to put a small hand project in when taking a short trip...small enough to stick in my purse, but large enough to hold a small pair of snips or scissors, thread, some prepared block units, and pins. Ill use this a lot. I also like that the seller is a small family business.

> 24 hourOh my! I truly had no idea how much I would love a pressing mat. For years Ive been using an ironing board with a full size iron to make quick presses when sewing quilts. This mat arrived last night and it changed my game. I can press my pieces while seated at my sewing machine. Talk about efficiency! Couple these mats with a mini iron and you will be amazed.
